BunnFunn Works is a fashion and art history nonprofit whose goal is to increase awareness of unsung people of color and events not usually found in history books. BunnFunn Works addresses that void by creating period fashions from cultural textiles and presenting them together with photographs to engage the audience in a visual dialog about the every-day professional person of color’s contribution to the birth and expansion of the United States. We will strive to breakdown barriers to diversity by providing exhibits, workshops, and books that will empower and inspire people around the globe through fashion and the arts, while elevating discussions about the prominent history of people of color from Emancipation through to the present.
